Located in Rhonesboro, between Gilmer and Quitman, C. Miller Drilling is owned and operated by Cory Miller.  C. Miller Drilling operates 6 drilling rigs and 5 service trucks serving Wood, Upshur, Gregg, Smith, Hopkins, Harrison, Camp, Morris, Titus, Franklin, Marion, Cass, Panola, Rusk, Rains, Henderson, Cherokee, Anderson and Van Zandt counties.  C. Miller Drilling also does large water well projects and other drilling projects across the State of Texas having completed projects from Shreveport to El Paso, to Waco and Plano, and down to Galveston.  C. Miller Drilling drills, residential, agricultural, oilfield supply, industrial, community and municipal water wells as well as other specialty drilling projects from 100' to 5000' deep.  No company in East Texas is as well equipped, offers a wider range of water well services, or serves a larger customer area than C. Miller Drilling. – see our list of equipment.

 

Located in Pickton and owned and operated by Johnny Folmar, Folmar Drilling operates one drilling rig and two service truck alternately serving customers primarily in Hopkins, Rains and Wood counties.  Folmar Drilling drills mostly PVC residential and agricultural water wells from 200' to 600' deep.

 

Located near Yantis and owned and operated by Clay Earle, Earle operates one drilling rig and one service truck alternately serving customers primarily in Hopkins, Rains and Wood counties.  Lake Fork Drilling drills mostly PVC residential and agricultural water wells from 200' to 600' deep.  

 

Located in Pittsburg and owned and operated by Sonny Brison with his son Alan Brison, B & B operates one drilling rig and two service trucks serving customers primarily in Upshur, Franklin, Titus, Morris and Camp counties.  B & B drills mostly residential, agricultural, and home irrigation water wells from 200' to 600' deep.

 

Located in Tyler, Ameri-Tex is  owned by operated by Red Brown along with Texas Water Systems.  Ameri-Tex Drilling operates one drilling rig serving primarily Smith, Gregg, Upshur, Rusk, Wood and Van Zandt counties.  Ameri-Tex drills primarily residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells from 200' to 700' deep. 

 

Located in Tyler, Texas Water Systems is owned and operated by Red Brown.  Texas Water Systems co-operates with Ameri-Tex Drilling Co in water well sales where they provide pump system sales and service.

 

Located in Palestine and owned and operated by Jerry Pritchett, Palestine Water Well Service operates two drilling rigs and two service truck serving Henderson, Anderson, Freestone, Navarro, and Houston counties.  Palestine Drilling drills community and municipal water wells, as well as oilfield projects and house wells.

 

Located in Hallsville and owned and operated by Melvin Fuller.  Fuller Water Well Drilling operates one drilling rig and one service truck serving primarily Gregg, and Harrison counties.  Fuller Drilling primarily drills PVC residential, agricultural and home irrigation water wells from 200' to 500' deep.

Located in Brownsville, Smith Water Well is owned and operated by Larry Smith. Larry Smith Water Well operates one drilling rig and one service truck serving primarily Smith, Henderson and Van Zandt counties.  Smith Water Well drills primarily PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells from 300' to 700' deep. 

 

Located in Garrison and owned and operated by Johnny Key.  Wanda Drilling Co operates two drilling rigs and three service trucks serving primarily Nacogdoches, Rusk, Panola, Shelby, and San Augustine counties.  Wanda Drilling Co drills mostly PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells from 300’ to 600’ deep.

 

Located in Athens and owned and operated by Charlie Womble.  Womble Drilling Co operates one drilling rig and one service truck  serving primarily Henderson, Anderson, Freestone, Cherokee and Navarro counties.  Womble Drilling  Co drills mostly PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells from 200’ to 600’ deep.

 

Located in Athens and owned and operated by Don Foster,  Andrews & Foster Drilling operates one drilling rig and one service truck serving primarily Henderson, Anderson, Freestone, Cherokee and Navarro counties.  Andrews & Foster drills mostly PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells from 300’ to 700’ deep. 

 

Located in Kilgore and operated by Kenny Buhyhan, Fasline operates two drilling rigs and three service trucks serving customers primarily in Smith, Gregg, Upshur, Rusk, Cherokee, and Harrison counties.  Fasline drills mostly PVC oilfield supply wells used by oil rigs for drilling water, and also drills some PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells.   

 

Located in Kilgore, LTW Services is operated by William Pepper.  LTW Services operates two drilling rigs and three service trucks serving primarily Gregg, Smith, and Harrison counties.  LTW Services drills primarily PVC oilfield supply wells used by oil rigs for drilling water, and also drills some residential, and home irrigation wells between 200' and 800' deep.

 

Located in Jefferson, Powell Drilling is owned by Bob Powell and operated by he and his son.  Powell Drilling operates two drilling rigs and one service truck serving primarily Harrison, Upshur, Gregg, Smith, Cass, Titus, Franklin, Camp, and Morris counties and most of East Texas.  Powell drills primarily large steel Community and Municipal water wells ranging from 300' to 1500' deep.

 

Located in Nacogdoches, Russell Drilling is owned and operated by Travis Russell.  Russell operates two drilling rigs and two service trucks serving most of East Texas and beyond.  Russell Drilling drills primarily large steel community and municipal wells, and other industrial and agricultural projects from 200' to 1500' deep.     

 

Located in Canton, Chambers and Phillips is owned and operated by Jason Phillips and John Butcher.  Chambers & Phillips operates two drilling rigs and two service trucks serving primarily Van Zandt, Henderson, and Smith counties.  Chambers & Phillips drills mostly PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation wells from 200' to 800' deep.

 

East Texas Drilling was located in Poyner and was owned and operated by Keith Bristoe.  East Texas Drilling was bought by Arklatex Drilling, which in turn, was later bought by Pinnergy, Ltd.  Pinnergy, Ltd is based in Austin and operates in various areas of Texas with mutilple services including drilling water supply wells for oilfield drilling rigs.

 

Located in Brownsboro, Ace Water Well is owned and operated by Richard King.  Ace Water Well operates two drilling rigs and two service trucks serving primarily Smith, Van Zandt, and Henderson counties.  Ace Water Wells drills mostly PVC residential and home irrigation wells from 200’ to 800’ deep.

 

Previously located in Quitman & Yantis, Deverell Drilling was owned by Bill Deverell, and later, his son Billy Don Deverell opened Deverell Water Well & Pump Service.  The Deverell Companies operated one drilling rig and one service truck primarily in Wood, Hopkins, Rains, and Upshur counties.  Deverell drilled primarily PVC residential, agricultural, home irrigation wells, and some community and municipal water wells from 200' to 900' deep.  Deverell Drilling & Deverell Water Well & Pump Service are no longer in business.

 

Located in Pittsburg, Clearwater Drilling was owned and operated by Tootsie Rosell.  Clearwater Drilling operated one drilling rig serving primarily Wood, Upshur, and Camp counties.  Clearwater Drilling is no longer in business.

 

Previously located in Hawkins and owned and operated by Mark Jordan.  Jordan Drilling operated one drilling rig and one service truck serving Wood, Upshur, Smith, Gregg and Van Zandt counties.  Jordan drilled PVC residential, agricultural, and home irrigation water wells.  Jordan Drilling was bought out by C. Miller Drilling in 2004.

 

A division of Layne Christensen, Inc., Layne-Texas’ local base of operations is in Tyler and is managed by Don Campbell.  Layne-Texas operates large drilling equipment and service equipment across East Texas and Northeast Texas drilling and servicing municipal, community, and industrial water systems.  Layne-Texas does not provide small water well drilling or services.

 

Corporately based in Dallas, the local base of operations for J L Myers Co is located in Overton and is managed by Steve Franklin.  J L Myers operates across East Texas and Northeast Texas drilling and servicing large municipal, community, and industrial water systems.  J L Myers does not provide small water well drilling or services.

 

Located in Shreveport, Continental Drilling is owned and operated by Oscar LaBorde.  Day to day operations are managed by Larry LaBorde and Robert LaBorde handles project estimating and bidding.  Continental Drilling operates primarily in Louisiana, and to a smaller extent in Northeast Texas and South Arkansas.  Continental Drilling operates 3 drilling rigs and 2 service trucks providing water well drilling and service from small residential to large community and municipal water wells ranging from 100’ to 1500’ deep.
